• Free shipping applies only to the UK *

* Includes postage of impression kit and final product only.

• Please contact us prior to buying if you require shipping outside of the UK.
• Items will be shipped via Royal Mail on the same day when ordered before 2pm Monday – Friday.
• On receipt of a customer’s impression we will endeavour to manufacture the final product within 10 working days. If there is a problem with the impression or availability the customer will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date. If you have any further questions please contact us.

Refund Policy

If you change your mind after placing your order we will cancel your order for a one-off cancellation fee of £20.00. We are unable to accept impression kits for return.

One of the reasons our custom fit products are so affordable is that it is the customers’ responsibility to send us a good quality impression to use. We’re here to help you achieve this if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you can’t provide a good quality impression, we can cancel your order for a one off fee of £20 that covers the impression stage materials, cross-contamination (hygiene) checks, shipping & handling fees. 

Refunds & returns on Custom Fit Dental Products

All our custom fit dental products are manufactured to a customer’s individual mouth and therefore custom fit dental products are not returnable or refundable. Should you have any issues with your custom fit dental product when it arrives please contact us immediately for advice.
